Material Queen (拜金女王)

Yay, there’s a new drama that actually attracts me! It’s called ‘Material Queen‘ (拜金女王)! I’ve found it this morning on MySoju. It’s quite interesting, I think. I will tell you the details! It’s a Taiwanese drama! The genre is obviously ROMANCE! Well yeah, if you go to Paris to make promotional photo’s, it’s got to be ROMANCE! Hehe. The drama contains 20 episodes which will aired on CTS every week on Friday (22.00). The first episode is already up! Yeah, got to watch it this week, because Lie To Me is almost finished. :[ I’m kinda sad with the thought that the drama is almost completed! Okay, I’m digressing. The main characters are Van Ness Wu & Lynn Hung! Huh wha? Van Ness Wu? Yeah, he was of Meteor Garden! – Didn’t watched the Taiwanese version, because the quality of the vids were bad. – Well, I don’t watch Taiwanese drama that often, I think it’s because they talk to fast and yell to loud. Although I’m half Chinese, I kinda dislike  my language. T.T

49 Days? Yes (✔) or No (✗)?

Yes or No?

Three weeks ago I saw on Mysoju this new Korean drama… I found it quite interesting, although it’s a bit confusing if you read the synopsis.

Here we go again: A young woman named Ji Hyun (Nam Gyu Ri) was enjoying absolute bliss as she was about to be married with her fiancé, but her perfect life is shattered in a car accident that left her in a coma. She is given a second chance at life by a reaper, but it comes with a condition: she has to find three people outside of her family who would cry genuine tears for her. In order to do this, she borrows the body of Yi Kyung (Lee Yo Won), a part-time employee at a convenience store.

Do you know why? It’s because the main character have 49 days to find 3 people who would cry for her, while she is using the body of another woman. So, I think she can develop feelings towards others, while she’s not in her own body, it’s kinda weird. If she succeed, what would happen with the body that she used? Would the main person of the body remembers of Ji Hyun’s actions?! I think it’s a complicated drama… I think I have to watch it, because I have a lot of question unanswered!

What do yu think?

Skip Beat! goes LIVE!

And it calls ‘Extravagant Challenge’!

You knew I really like Skip Beat! I love the storyline and the art from Nakamura Yoshiki! I went searching for anime on youtube and suddenly I saw an interesting title which was ‘Skip Beat!’, so from there on I started to watch the anime! I loveeeeee it! When it ended, I started to read the manga. Yeah, it’s kinda weird. After 172 chapter they still haven’t kissed! T_T’ Damn it, spoiler alert! Sorry! … However, 2 months ago, I’ve read that there would be a live-action version of the manga! Choi Si Won and Ivy Chen are taking the lead! So, Choi Si Won as Ren and Ivy Chen as Mogami Kyoko! Lee Dong Hae as Sho and Bianca Bai as … (I actually don’t know… I guess as Mouko-san?!?). Never heard about Skip Beat? – SHAME ON YOU – Okay, here you go, the plot:

Sixteen year old Mogami Kyoko (Ivy Chen) sacrificed her life to support her boyfriend, Sho (Lee Dong Hae), so he could become a successful singer. One day, Sho suddenly breaks up with Kyoko, leaving her with nothing, and Kyoko vows revenge. She decides to delve into the entertainment world and become even more successful than Sho to get back at him. Kyoko therein meets Ren (Choi Si Won), another actor in her agency, who helps motivate her to become a top entertainer.

My top 5 Asian drama!

Pssssssst, don’t you think Koo Hye Sun looks gorgeous in this picture?

Koo Hye Sun & Wu Chun in ‘Absoulute Boyfriend’!

Koo Hye Sun & Wu Chan in upcoming ‘Absolute Boyfriend’!

Koo Hye Sun (known from Boys over Flowers) & Wu Chun (known as a singer of Fahrenheit & the romcom Romantic Princess) will apear in the remake of the manga ‘Zettai Kareshi‘ by Watase Yuu. Here is the summary of the story:

”Rejected way too many times by good-looking (and unattainable) guys, shy Riiko Izawa (Koo Hye Sun) goes online and signs up for a free trial of a mysterious Nightly Lover “figure.” The very next day a cute naked guy is delivered to her door, and he wants to be her boyfriend! Has Riiko (KHS) died and gone to heaven? The cute guy (Wu Chun) turns out to be sweet, smart, a great cook, and lots more. And he looks like a million bucks, which is what he’s going to cost Riiko (KHS) if she doesn’t return him in time…”

GTV (Taiwanese channel) has not yet announced the airing of the drama, but I almost know for 100% that those two have the leadroles! O my God, I love Koo Hye Sun! She was so cute @ Boys Over Flowers! One thing I want to add is that she looks better with her long hair… I don’t like her short hair… Nevertheless, her acting is great! What do you think about Wu Chun? He’s hot, right? Although he is 30+, haha. Don’t care about that! I love him in ‘Romantic Princess’! AAAAAAAA. Guys + tuxedo’s = hotnesssss. Haha. I’m so curious about this drama! I can’t wait till the airing!
